- 根据公司给定的区域内发展终端用户和销售渠道，实现销售目标
Develop customers and sales channel in specified industries to meet sales target;
- 发展与保持和客户关键执行管理层的长期友好关系；
Develop long lasting relationships with key executives at top customers.
- 保证客户询价被及时有效的处理和跟踪；
Ensure proper handling and follow up of enquiries received from potential customers.
- 与分销网络保持紧密合作，并给予正确的指导以实现业务目标；
Work closely with the distributors and give right guidance to them to fulfill the business target.
- 给客户作技术演示讲座并给予充分的技术支持。
Give technical presentation and support to the customers;
- 完全遵重公司的销售战略和期望；
Strongly respect the company’s sales strategy and prospect;
候选人要求：
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 理工科机械类专业大专以上学历；
College plus degree in engineering, mechanical engineering preferred;
- 至少三年机械设备类产品的销售经验；
At least three years experience at engineering and/or sales position required;
- 液压、气动、工程机械、农业机械从业经验
Work in hydraulic, pneumatic, earth-moving machines’ manufacturing, agricultural machines’ manufacturing industries preferred;
- 良好的人际交往能力
Good inter-personal communication skills
- 自励、诚实、忠诚、守时、目标导向以及勇于面对困难的精神
Motivated, honest, faithful, punctual, target oriented and with high problem solving attitude;
- 有效管理和控制费用的能力
Effectively manage expenses.
- 英语报告的书写和阅读能力
English reporting and reading;
