Candidate Profile:
1. Perfect fluency in both written and spoken English at professional level. As the person may have to discuss both technical and commercial issue, mastery of the language and a proper vocabulary is a must.
2. At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar position, with proven capacity for what concerns:
a. Acquisition of new business
b. Management of commercial relationships at high level
c. Experience on managing a team of sales engineering
d. Experience on managing a distributors network
3. Person should be from Shanghai or anyway available to relocate to SH.
4. Availability and flexibility to travel at least 50% of its time.
5. Strong time player, proactive and target oriented
6. Mechanical engineering background is preferred for better understanding on the products but not a must
Job descirption:
1. Manage both sales team and network of distributors;
2. Take care of some key accounts directly;
3. Be responsible for the sales budget and cost;
4. Support the GM in preparation of annual budget and sales forecasts;
5. Support the GM in the preparation of medium-long term plans by providing reliable and consistent information about the market;
6. Other jobs delegated by the GM
