职位描述
1、负责优质大型的国内外展台，企业展厅，活动推广等业务开拓；
2、负责客户资源的深度跟进，深入了解客户需求，为设计师的设计工作提供方向，确保成功签单；
3、监督管理项目整体流程，跟踪项目进展，提出合理化改进方案；
3、制定销售计划并带领团队完成销售目标；
1）协助队员完成客户跟进、图纸修改、价格谈判、项目攻关，确保项目签约顺利；
2）带领团队完成投标提案，包括设计、策划PPT文案（投标、提案、讲标）；
3）监督和督促队员工作，发现问题及时沟通、督促、解决、纠正。
任职要求：
1、2年及以上国内外展览展示行业销售经理工作经验；
2、具备优秀的提案能力、沟通能力、谈判能力、公关能力、学习能力和项目管理能力；
3、良好的团队激励和管理能力；
4、热爱展览展示行业，有团队或优势客户资源者优先录取。
待遇：底薪+团队提成+季度奖+年终奖
