工作职责：

1、 掌握市场动态，积极适时、有效地开辟新的客户，拓宽业务渠道，招揽工程合同，不断扩大公司业务市场占有率;

2、制定公司整体营销计划，组织、协调各种资源，推进客户开发，建立、维护与客户的持久、良好的合作关系，挖掘潜在客户，确保公司整体销售目标的达成;

3、 塑造公司品牌，打造公司形象，并根据营销计划进行具体市场推广、品牌、公关、活动等的具体方案策划及实施;

4、协助公司内部其他部门与甲方沟通，以及处理客户投诉

5、营销体系的完善，以及营销团队的组织、协调、建设。

任职要求：

1、市场营销类、管理类或建筑类等相关专业,本科及以上学历,硕士或海外留学经验优先；

2、具有10年以上工程技术类公司项目销售或业务拓展等工作经验；

3、具有丰富的工程项目专业知识,涉外项目拓展工作经验优先；

4、熟悉企业战略规划、组织与流程管理、计划管理的相关知识；熟悉工程技术企业整体业务运作流程体系；

5、具有良好的市场洞察力和行业信息捕捉能力；

6、具有出色的协调沟通能力和人际关系处理能力，能迅速捕捉客户需求；

7、思维活跃，逻辑清晰严密，领导力强，较强的目标感与行动力；

8、形象气质好，具有良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识、团队协作精神和高度的责任感。
