工作职责：

对公司所有工程项目的管理

1. 建立项目工程管理的标准化体系；

2. 协助各项目经理做好整个项目的管理工作，保证项目工程按进度计划如期完成；

3. 指导企业所有项目的工程技术、质量管理工作，保证工程项目的质量符合标准；

4. 负责解决重大工程质量问题；

5. 参与施工招投标管理，签审招投标文件，并对招投标工作予以技术指导；

6. 工程项目的成本管理:

1） 建立项目动态工程成本管理、目标成本的标准化体系；

2） 监控并审核个项目的工程成本管理工作；

7. 负责项目管理部各个项目的管理制度、工作流程的建立和完善；

8. 负责下属各个项目与公司其他部门，以及项目之间的沟通协调工作；

9. 根据公司的战略规划和年度工作目标，负责制订项目管理部的年度、月度工作计划；

10. 负责对部门人员的业务培训和工作督导，并对所辖项目的业务条线人员工作开展进行规范、指导、管理、监督。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，具有建筑工程、建筑结构、企业管理、项目管理等相关专业知识，具有高级工程师任职资格；

2. 八年以上工程技术服务、咨询公司,工程项目承包公司的工作经验，其中三年以上管理岗位经验；具备独立负责多个项目同时运作的经验,涉外项目经验优先;

3、 熟悉工程项目开发的全过程，具有组织、驾驭项目的管理能力；对市场具有较强的敏锐度。
