工作职责：

1、负责项目的结构设计管理和技术协调/支持工作；

2、施工图设计过程的跟踪和审核，确保项目结构设计的功能性、经济性及施工可操作性；

3、参加工程项目招标工作，参与施工单位承建资格审查；

4、参与图纸会审和施工单位施工组织设计会审，跟踪检查结构施工的质量问题，解决施工中的结构技术问题；

5、参与重大调整、技术问题落实等相关会议，并提出专业意见；

任职要求：

1、结构、工民建专业本科及以上学历；

2、具有5年以上设计院结构设计工作经历；

3、具有钢构建筑设计施工管理经验；

4、精通有关设计依据和验收标准、规范；

5、专业基础知识扎实，熟悉专业规范

6、熟练掌握CAD制图软件和各专业相关办公软件；

7、敬业踏实，吃苦耐劳，有开拓精神和奉献精神；

8、具备积极的工作态度和学习精神；

9、有较强的责任感，有良好的职业素质、团队精神，性格开朗豁达，沟通能力强。
