职位描述
岗位职责概述：
1、充分了解方案设计的要求，并把控深化设计及现场服务；
2、项目工作任务分配与各专业间协调；’
3、带领团队完成景观扩初深化、施工图设计工；
4、协调各专业，进行景观工程图纸的施工交底及解决施工现场问题；
5、组织景观设计资料的整理、归档工作；
6、设计成果校对并要求对图纸质量承担责任。
7、负责正各类施工图（竣工图）绘制相关标准、注意事项，并贯切本部门认真履行。
能力要求：
1、能独立负责景观项目后期扩初及施工图阶段，精通硬质景观设计，熟悉种植、水电等相关专业；
2、注重细节，有良好的学习能力，责任心强，有良好的执行能力、沟通能力、应变能力、组织能力及团队 合作精神；
3、熟悉掌握景观施工图绘制规范；
4、精通CAD、Photoshop等图形设计软件；
5、言语理解、表达能力好，有与业主、施工队协调沟通，解决施工现场问题的经验和能力；控制最终设计成果质量。
