职位描述
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
－Reviewing and writing sales and purchasing contracts, confidentiality agreements and other contract documents in collaboration with the local sales and procurement organization.
－Participate in negotiating mutually agreeable terms and conditions for commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
－Besides being responsible for implementation of corporate directives (the “ten golden rules”) in contracts, also participate in conducting risk assessments for commercial contracts and make recommendations to minimize company risks in contractual relationships.
－ Manage and survey all relevant compliance processes of our Chinese legal entities.
－Provide trainings in co-ordination with the divisional legal counsel and the Sulzer Corporate legal department.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
－ Have at least 5 years in-house counseling or contract managing experience in an industrial environment in China.
－ Bachelor or master degree in either law (preferred) or business administration.
－ Strong sense of commercial awareness and good business judgment are combined with high ethical standards.
－ Be able to work independently with minimal supervision, but still act as a team player.
－ Proven organization skills with the ability to handle several complex issues simultaneously are well balanced with your detail consciousness.
－ Proven analytical background with knowledge of risk strategies.
－ Have the ability to draft various contractually binding agreements and have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
－ Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required.
－ Be willing to travel from time to time (up to 20%).
