Reception, phone pickup, mail delivery
负责公司前台接待、电话转接、信件、快递收发、内外部文件管理等工作
Namecard, water, hotel and ticket reservation
负责名片制作、订水、预订票和宾馆客房等行政事务
OT and leave record, contact list update
公司考勤、人员调配、通讯录等相关信息记录、更新、查询、存档等信息管理工作
Keep office equipment running
管理公司各类办公设备的正常运行
Any other tasks assigned by company
其他由公司委派的工作

要求：
- 大专及本科2013年毕业生
- 工作态度踏实，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和协调能力
