Responsibilities
- Take ownership and initiative of the assigned project by deeply understanding the overall project goal, come up with mature and creative idea and can convince people at the simplest way
- Work with development team to define design goals and features
- Manage project quality and schedule. Update, prioritize and report project status to the management team
- Learn and study MMO market and understand the key to a successful MMO game
- Korean to English translation for documents and meetings

Qualifications
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- More than 3 years of professional online game production experiences
- Participate in at least one full production process of a MMO project
- Have a deep understanding of game design philosophy and sense of quality
- Have proven skills to execute a game idea from concept to a final product
- A good team player, listener and communicator, have passion for games, able to work under pressure
- Game data balancing skill and previous work experience is preferred
