任职要求：

1、硕士及以上学历，兽医、动物营养性或相关专业；

2、有饲料或饲料原料、添加剂动物功能性实验等方面经验的优先；

3、思路清晰，性格稳重踏实。

   翼邦生物成立于2007年，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的宠物食品风味剂公司和国家高新技术企业，总投资约2亿人民币，员工总人数近200人。
   翼邦生物总部和研发中心位于上海闵行漕河泾开发区创新创业园，翼邦生物专注于宠物食品适口性的研发和整体解决方案的提供，具备亚洲领先的宠物食品风味剂及相应原料的研发能力。
    翼邦***生产基地坐落于交通便利的江西省鹰潭市，总占地约65亩，先后取得了饲料原料生产许可证，自营进出口权，以及ISO22000食品安全管理体系等认证。翼邦新建的适口性测试基地亦位于鹰潭，占地约2000平方，拥有250余只种类体型各异的犬猫，在科学严谨的规划下，为翼邦持续研发提供了坚实的支撑。
翼邦第二生产基地位于工业基础发达的江苏省常州市，占地约30亩，拥有多条全自动控制的液体和粉体产品生产线，具有稳定的生产和质量控制能力,是公司的主要出口基地。
    翼邦深入了解宠物食品市场细分，推出适合各个目标市场，不同发展阶段的宠物风味剂，并不断评估现有的产品系列，确保为客户提供有针对性，性价比高的产品。并能根据客户需要，定制专用的宠物风味剂。翼邦推出的所有产品都经过严格的风味和适口性测试，不仅要让宠物们喜欢，也要保证主人乐意接受它的气味。

   Wing Biotech was established in 2007. We are a high-tech firm with integrated development, production and sales of pet food palatability enhancers/flavors. The total investment is around 20 million RMB. It has nearly 200 employees in total.
Wing Biotech headquarter and R&D center are located at the Caohejing I & E Park, Minhang district in Shanghai. Wing Biotech focuses on research & development of pet food palatability and providing integrated palatability solutions to pet food manufacturers. It owns leading research and development ability in pet food palatability enhancers and relevant pet food ingredients.
The first Wing Biotech production facility is located in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province with total area of 65 mu. It has obtained feed raw material production license, import & export license, ISO22000 food safety management system certificate. The newly built palatability testing center (expert panel) is located in Yingtan as well covering an area of 2,000 square meters. There are more than 250 cats and dogs of different breeds and sizes. The panel provides strong base for continuous research and development.
The second Wing Biotech production facility is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of around 30 mu. It owns multiple fully-automated liquid and powder production lines and strong production and quality contol capabilities. It is also the major export production facility.
Based on the deep understanding of the pet food market segmentation, Wing Biotech has developed pet food palatability enhancers that fit different target market and product positioning. We continuously review the existing product ranges to ensure that we provide targeted products with high cost-performance ratio. We can also customize palatability enhancers based on customer's specific needs. Each Wing Biotech product has been qualified through strict flavor and palatability tests to make sure that they not only satisfy cats and dogs but also pleases the pet owners.
