Main objective of the position and Tasks Description (not limited)

Improve the quality and the efficiency of Voltalia’s purchases in China, and in particular:

• Analyse, understand and anticipate the projects needs from the technology prospective
• Supplier benchmarking for new techno and efficient reporting to COE, DEV and Bidding teams
• Participation to the negotiations with Chinese suppliers

                

Frequent travels between China and Voltalia European offices 

• Education and Technical Skills Level (academic degree, experience, courses, habilitations, language, …)   
• Graduated in fields related to supply chain, Engineering or Management.
• 5 years experience in procurement, sourcing and contracting (preferably in the energy sector);
• Used to work with international, multi-cultural teams, in multiple times zones.
• Knowledge to implement Strategic Sourcing Methodologies; 
• Excellent MS Office domain; 
• Energy sector Knowledge would be a plus; 
• Fluent in Chinese and English, Portuguese or French would be a plus

Required Soft Skills (autonomy level, responsibility level, accuracy, interpersonal skills, …)                   

• Ability to prosper in an environment of fast growth and change; 
• Ability to think and work under pressure; 
• Ability to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and clients; 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and negotiate successful solutions; 
• Highly motivated.
