1) The position plays a key role in driving business success by leading innovation and renovation projects through cross-functional efforts.

2) Be at the core of understanding and responding to our clients' business challenges

3) Independently collect and analyze client's business requirement and provide insightful solution to help client's business development.

4) Lead and execute product development and commercialization from consumer sight and business needs till seamless production at plant.

5) Provide leadership and expertise to the business and contribute to product pipeline development

Requirement:

1. 7Y+ R&D working experience in Food& Beverage industry.

2. Good cross-function communication and project management skills

3. Strong product innovation and problem solving skills

4. Good knowledge of Chinese Food and Package related Regulation

5. Willing to learn and work under pressure

6. Be passionate, proactive and self-motivated
