OLIVER is recruiting a full-time Account / Project Manager to work at the Reebok office in Shanghai, as part of an in-house agency managed by OLIVER.

Responsibilities

· You will be the main Point of Contact for APAC (China, Japan, Korea) client stakeholders

· You will oversee the briefing process, taking in jobs and briefing the creatives

· You will manage the flow of projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets

· Quality control for all work

· Gather assets and support across all projects

· You will also be responsible for managing team data and producing monthly information reports

· Reporting to Account Director

Skills

· Experience working in an advertising agency studio would be highly advantageous, as would the understanding of the mechanics of a creative studio

· You will be ambitious to progress quickly

· You will be highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills

· Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities

· Fluency and excellent written English

Experience

· 3 years’experience in advertising or related industry

· 3 years’experience working in a client facing or project management capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs
