2、 熟悉各种物料的规格、用途及质量要求，及时向领导提供市场行情及价格信息。

3、 负责物料采购工作，以质优、价廉、及时为原则，保证材料质量、数量。认真收集、整理和保存各种物料的质检证书和材质证明书等。

4、 负责与业务员、生产管理人员联系，根据生产进度需要，计划采购，执行、控制订单和样品单，及时登录使用相应管理软件，并确保产品报价准确、价格竞争；确保大货，样品按时、保质保量交付。

5、 负责市场调查，开发新供应商，维护老供应商，对于需由甲方认质、认价的零星材料作到"货比三家"，分析供应商并上报主管决策，同时做好供应商评估工作，收集保管相关资料。

6、 负责整合研究产品工艺，并将其归档和分享时使用。

7、 凡涉及物料询价、核价工作，主动与财务部门联系，与财务监督人员共同进行。

8、 负责与物料保管人员（仓库管理人员）联系，了解库存物料品种、规格和数量，合理制定物料采购计划，协助领导作出采购决策。

9、 严格执行财务制度并履行验收入库手续，作到钱、物、凭证三对口， 即，资金流、货物流、发票流三流一致。整理、保管物料采购档案，作到有椐可查。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，采购与供应管理专业优先，三年以上采购等工作经验，熟悉采购管理流程，熟悉质量管理体系。

2、能够根据公司要求寻找合适的供应商，具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识。

3、能够独立控制工厂生产的大货品质，可以接受加班、出差等工作要求，并具有处理突发事件的基本能力。

4、能够熟练应用office等办公自动化软件。

5、具备为人诚实、认真负责、勤勉敬业、团队意识、务实现场的工作理念，并具有良好的职业道德。

6、良好的逻辑思维能力，工作主动，能承受工作压力，并注重结果。
