Missions :

• Participate in the development of international purchasing activity.

• Pro-active communication with internal clients (purchasers & jobsites)

• Source, audit, and qualify potential suppliers in Asia Pacific Area.

• Handle RFQ’s: analysing the need of the internal client, dispatching the RFQ, analyzing the offers, negotiation and contracting with the Suppliers.

• Follow-up of PO’s: control of delivery schedule and quality.

• Inspection at factory when necessary.

• Coordinate logistics operations and contractual / financial subjects in liaison with the Logistics Manager and Admin/Finance team.

Requirements

• University degree (or equivalent) with ideally a major in International Business, Purchasing, or Engineering.

• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in English. French is an important plus.

• Experience in architectural trades (fa？ade, FF&E, Flooring etc) is a plus.

• Good computer skills in MS Office
