1. 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，具有3-5年以上工作经验；

2. 关注国内外建筑设计思潮，有创作激情，热爱创作工作；

3. 曾经在大型建筑设计院或知名国外设计公司任职方案创作工作，具有较强的方案设计能力及表达能力；

4. 敬业负责，具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协调能力；

5. 有一定组织能力，有带领团队进行完善、优化方案并进行汇报文件制作、汇报的经验；

6. 熟练使用各种常规建筑设计软件，可熟练使用Autocad，Revit, sketchup, indesign, photoshop, illustrator, Microsoft office中的若干软件。
