岗位职责：

1、带领5人及以上团队，按照需求完成项目开发，测试，部署工作。

2、参与项目需求分析和设计，对项目开发工作提出解决方案

3、指导，审核组员的开发工作

4、负责核心模块的开发工作

任职要求：

1、计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历，至少6年B/S实际项目经验；参加过大型项目开发,，有SaaS，PaaS，用户中心等系统开发经验的优先。

2、3年以上担任开发Leader工作经验

3、掌握Java基础，熟悉常用类库。了解Spring、Springboot，SpringCloud，SpringMVC，Mybatis，JPA，Dubbo等主流框架对Javaweb的封装原理。熟悉Groovy、Grails优先

4、理解Java中较为高级的特性，如反射，动态代理，JVM，内存模型，多线程等等。了解设计模式，熟练使用框架，对遇到bug，能够借助日志和搜索引擎分析出问题的原因。

5、理解java分布式架构，微服务架构，了解其与集中式架构的区别，并能保证分布式代码质量。熟练使用各个中间件如nginx,redis,mq,zookeeper等等，并了解其工作原理和使用场景。

6、有ORACLE，MySQL，H2，HBase等数据库开发经验，有较强的SQL编写能力

7、熟悉版本管理流程，熟悉GIT/SVN至少一种版本管理工具。

8、熟悉Jetty/JBoss/Tomcat等主流J2EE应用服务；熟悉linux操作指令。
