职位描述

PRIMARY AND SECONDARY REPONSABILITIES

? Secure and maintain contract with ongoing and future customers.

? Meet the objectives and targets set out by the Board and/or Management Team.

? Ensure an Aftermarket Sales organization which harmonizes with the demands from the market with regards to ability, response etc.

? Build a functional organization with regards to existing product portfolio, product road map, future product, regions, customer type and or segment

? Set up and maintain sales strategy

? Set up and maintain sales plan

? Report sales status and progress to management

? Report marketing status and progress to management

? Participate in Global Sales meetings

? To collect potential reachable businesses.

? To define a sales strategy based on a living product portfolio.

INTERFACES INTERNAL/EXTERNAL

? Market, customers, the Board, the Management Team as well as all other internal and external interfaces. Suppliers and colleagues.

? Delivery precision in sales estimates and objectives

? Yearly survey indicators

? Strategical planning

? Tactical planning

? Operational planning

? Negotiation

PROCESS OWNERSHIP

? Aftermarket Sales process owner

Contracting

? To compile and contract NDA.

? To compile, negotiate and sign agreementsincl appendixes.

Business Case

? To follow the money in the deciding structure of our customer and understand the value proposal

? To compile abusiness case and define a customer price with consideration to product cost and other key input variables

Sampling and lead

? To agree on sampling, the result of sampling and associated costs.

? To collect input on the customer’s product specification preferences and share the information internally.

Customer relations

? To follow the volumes and forecast.

? To discover new areas of engagement.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

? To establish a knowledge and relation with the deciding structure of the customer.

? To develop, manage and drive an Aftermarket Sales team (along with an evolving need for one).
