Be responsible for day-to-day work of the Credit and A/R management in Envista  Greater China.  Supports company business objectives while increasing the turnover of receivables and minimizing bad debts. 

Key Responsibilities

          Credit management，A/R & Collection management: 

- Perform credit check at order level according to credit policy, customers’ A/R aging and credit exposure;

- Closely communicate with the Sales Reps and customers (account statement, dunning letter, phone calls, etc) for the AR collection. Follow up the overdue timely and leverage all the tools and work out with the sales team to drive the collection;

- Perform regular credit review according the set polices and customer’s performance;

- VAT invoicing

           Reporting: 

- Ensure the accuracy of the collection booking, clearing and A/R balance, reconciliation from sub-ledger to G/L for responsible G/L accounts;

- Monthly reconcile inter-company receivable.

Communication

- Maintain good relationship with customer service department, sales team and customers; improve the internal cooperation in Order-to-Cash process and payment behavior of the customers.

Relationships

Internal: Commercial team, Supply Chain, Finance, Internal auditors, Compliance etc.

External: Customers and External auditors

Background and Skills

1. Accountancy bachelor degree or above;

2. 3~5 years of relevant experience in multi-national companies;

3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

4. Good command of English, excellent oral & written comprehension;

5. Proficient in Excel, SAP is a plus;
