Job Duties

  

• Responsible for tax calculation, monthly tax filing (VAT/CIT), withholding tax filing etc.

• Support on statutory and internal audit across KGA offices

• Deal with ccompliance task, such DEA tracking, contract review, DOA update

• Business support, such as T&C/PLI status report, FDD follow up etc.

• Handle Company Secretarial matters; update business license and coordinate BR, AGM

• Any other statutory filings, annual inspection, CbCR notification etc.

• Support for local Policies & Procedures update

• Any other tasks assigned by line manager

                

 

  

Requirements

  

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting or related

• 5 years experience on accounting and at least 2 yrs working experience in Multinational Companies

• Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting, and regulations

• Self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill

• Good command of both spoken and written English

• Proficiency in MS office application, especially for Excel, knowledge of accounting application is preferred
