• Support Process Engineering and Product manufacturing Engineering on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and continuous improvement projects as related to: Cycle Times & Line Balance, Methods, and Ergonomics
• Capacity control: Monitor the manufacturing, logistics and ensure machine cycle time match the Takt times and so on
• To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal
• Assist the development and coordination of a 3to 5 years plant capacity plan and capital budget preparation
• Manufacturing cost analysis including LMPU study and improvement
• Take part in problem solving including manufacturing process, bottleneck management and quality

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering related majors.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in mass production of electrical manufacturing industry, as operational in production.

3. Need solid experience for site/plant layout design with value stream concept, scope include plant production line layout design, warehouse layout design and material flow design for the whole plant.

4. Experience as project leader to launch new plant layout.

5. Good command and rich experience for VSM/VSD tools utilization

6. Be proficient at IE & Lean manufacturing tools for continues improvement.

7. Familiar with line design &line balance improvemen
