Job Summary:

  

 

  

The electrical technician will be responsible for the maintenance of site electrical & instrument equipments and system, to make sure site E&I system work normally and ensure production line running normally.

  

 Main Responsibilities:  

1.Daily emergency troubleshooting & inspection of electrical & instrument system. 

  

2. Implement electrical and instrument preventive maintenance work order as PM plan.

  

3. Implement some electrical & instrument installation and improvement modifications.

  

4. Regular calibration of instrumentations.

  

5. Support capital project team about the commissioning of electrical & instrument system from 

  

  safety and quality perspectives.

  

6. Coordinate and supervise the maintenance activities of sub-contractor.

  

7. Support maintenance material/spare parts management.

  

8. Relevant document recording and control.

  

 

  

Desired Requirements:
1. Technical Middle colleague degree or above, majored in automation/instrument or electricity

  

2. Above 5 years working experience in chemical/petrochemical/food/pharmacy plant.

  

3. Above 5 years maintenance experience on electrical & instrument system, be familiar with the calibration and troubleshooting of instruments like pressure, temperature, level, flow, auto-valves, scale instrument, and safety instruments, also be familiar with the troubleshooting of ectrical equipment and MCC system.

  

4. The troubleshooting experience of automation system like safety interlock and WinCC HMI system is preferred.

  

5. Be familiar with PLC & VFD system, and using PLC online program for E&I system’s troubleshooting (Siemens PLC System is preferable).

  

6. Low Voltage Operation Certificate is necessary.

  

7. Good team work, communication capability and good safety awareness.

  

8. Basic knowledge in English, could read the E&I equipment’s English manuals with translation tool’s assistant.
