职位描述

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Responsible for buying and managing sales for Originals Hype/Energy/Statement products to ensure we have exciting story drops in a monthly basis.
Not only exciting stories for normal days but also responsible for developing hype/energy story packs for eCom platform events like 618/D11..etc.
Develop online merchandising strategies which support and complement the concurrent business demand.
Plan and merchandise online products, not limit to adidas.com eco system but also platforms.
Work hand in hand with APAC BU, CP, CTC, eCom buying team, Inventory team and related eCom functions to ensure that all eCommerce merchandising initiatives and plans are delivered accurately and developed continuously.

Key Responsibilities:
Buying
? Responsible for Originals inline Hype/Statement/Energy Pack Buying, and online S level event special stories Buy.
? As a key contributor to build up range and product strategy for adidas.com and eco system, work closely with relevant team to achieve the ambition and business growth.
? Work with BU/CP/eCom Buying team to develop and define .com/app/WeChat exclusive products/stories.
? Establish and monitor the allocation plan of Hype/Statement/Energy Pack cross all platforms.
? Program products’ early launches and Pre-Sale to meet customer and market needs.
? Assess and analyze product performance and follow up on actions to improve sales opportunities.

Merchandising Operation
? Maintain a Daily / Weekly / Monthly Hype calendar for both SS and SP Brand. Deliver the updated Hype information to eCom team and related functions.
? Align with Ori Buying team to prepare price proposal for Monthly Company promotion.
? Partner with Own Retail Buying team to manage Staff discount process.
? Place Special Event order in system and follow up the order status with SCM team.
? Monitor On-Shelf/off-Shelf status of Hype/Statement/Energy products.
? Managing old season hype/energy/statement products pricing with inventory team/BU/CP.

Site Merchandising
? Cooperate with the platform team to ensure all merchandising activities are carried out effectively.
? Review site daily with customer-first mindset and make site updates as needed.
? Translates the buying strategy and product knowledge into the online experience, including the visual display of the category pages and category-specific taxonomy, navigation, and Web browsing experience.

? Responsible for reviewing site by ensuring Hype/Energy/Key Campaign SKUs are set up accurately with a complete status for online platforms, including product name, product attributes, product categorization, key words, etc.
? Collect competitive information, including pricing, promotional strategies, and Hype launching.

? Product Management or Merchandising experience

? 3-5 years Retail and eCommerce buying experience
? Prior experience and working knowledge of eCommerce is a plus
? Strong merchandising, forecasting and business acumen
? Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
