岗位职责：

1、负责整个物业的消防管理工作，及对外消防部门、街区的消防联系协调工作；

  

2、配合市务部，指导并落实租赁单元二次装修中涉及消防的各项管理工作，负责租赁单元装修前涉及消防规范的图纸审核工作，协助落实各项安全措施，保证装修单元施工期间的安全;

  

3、组织和领导义务消防队员进行学习和训练、考核，组织义务消防队员消防实战训练；

  

4、建立消防安全疏散灭火预案，发现火警火灾须迅速赶赴现场，协助领导组织扑救，调查火警火灾原因，拿出处理意见；

  

5、协助对员工进行防火宣传，培训并提高遵守法规和切实做好安全工作的自觉性；

  

6、负责规范配置消防器材，带领员工做好消防设施维修保养工作，定期巡查物业各区域，督导当值岗位工作；

  

7、掌握物业防火特点，熟悉平面布局、建筑特点、消防通道、消防供水情况，熟悉火灾危害性和相应的防火措施，熟悉重点消防保卫部位存在火险隐患和控制方法，熟悉相关消防法规、规章制度及其贯彻落实情况；

  

8、制定消防安全制度、落实火灾预警、演练机制，并落实实施；

  

9、配合相关部门开展多种形式的防火宣传教育，提高租户及内部员工的防火及自防自救能力;

  10、完成上级交办的其它任务。

应聘要求：

1、大专或以上学历，工民建及机电相关专业；

2、持消防管理员证，一级注册消防工程师优先考虑；

3、8年以上大型物业项目消防管理管理经验，熟悉消防相关法律法规、建筑防火设计规范及消防设施设备管理；

4、具有良好的沟通协调能力和工作独立性，能熟练审阅物业消防图纸；

5、熟练掌握办公软件，能够使用CAD
