岗位职责：

1. Responsible for engineering timing of an all new project； 负责全新车型的工程开发计划；

2. Work closely with project manager and provide full support in timing management ；与项目经理密切合作，并从计划管理角度提供全力支持；

3. Weekly alignment within project core team members from each system；identify risks ，work out countermeasures with team members and keep tracking and pushing timing related issue close ；每周与项目组内部各系统核心人员对接项目计划；识别项目风险，与团队成员共同制定应对措施，密切跟进并推动计划类风险问题关闭；

4. Weekly alignment with counterpart from OEM on program master timing, risks and countermeasures；每周与主机厂对接人对接项目主计划，风险及应对措施；

5. Weekly report of timing progress，risks and countermeasures in internal & external program/project meetings;每周在内部和外部项目会上汇报计划进展；

6. Set up and lead necessary timing workshops ;组织并主导必要的计划workshop；

7. Support development process related work;支持开发流程相关工作；

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above with 4+ years of working experience in automobile industry；本科及以上学历 4年以上汽车行业从业经验；

2. At least one new vehicle program/project  master timing experience or engineering project timing experience；至少一个全新车型项目主计划或工程开发计划管理经验；

3. Proficient in all new vehicle development logic and capable of program/project risk identification and management；精通全新整车开发逻辑，具备项目风险识别及管控能力；

4. Adequate knowledge on vehicle development process；熟悉整车产品开发流程；

5. Skilled in Microsoft Project；熟练使用 MS Project；

6. Fluency in English speaking and writing；良好的英语读写能力；

7. Good team work spirit；良好的团队合作精神；

8. Accept traveling arrangement out of project demand接受项目需求的出差安排；

工程开发合资公司及制造合资公司是麦格纳与北汽新能源成立的两家合资公司.合资公司将整合麦格纳的汽车工程技术专长和北汽新能源在中国汽车市场的经验，共同开发新一代智能电动汽车平台。
工程开发合资公司名为麦格纳卫蓝新能源汽车技术（镇江）有限公司，员工规模约为420人左右。除北汽新能源，工程合资公司同时服务其他潜在客户，提供电动汽车开发等业务。
制造合资公司提供电动汽车整车制造服务,以北汽集团位于江苏镇江的现有工厂为基地，该工厂年产量可达18万辆,首批量产车型计划于2020年投产。
其中的新能源汽车试验中心面积在大约12000平方米左右, 预计2019年9月投入使用。
