职位描述

Customer satisfaction (including customer approvals on ES products)

1. visit customers with sales

2. Carry out trials with customers

3. Answer customer inquiries

4. Present Bluestar products/technology

Improve product competitiveness.

1. Collect information about market intelligence and customer needs identification.

2. Provide phase 0 ideas for R&D projects, and manage R&D projects with formulation development team

3. Develop HCR compound according to customer requirements

4. Find out new product application opportunity.

Good support to Quality and Performance Improvement

1. Support customer claim treatment and root cause analysis

Good Support to the lab activity

1. ensure the lab for efficient and good quality work,

2. Make and implement rules

3. Promote team work in the lab

4. Develop technical skill of the team working.

University graduate above, major in Rubber/Polymer/ chemistry;

Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识

1. Market and commercial knowledge/skills.

2. Lab testing skills, silicones rubber knowledge or rubber knowledge.

3. Good command of English

Related Experience 相关经历：

1. At least 3 years related experience in Rubber Industry or Automotive industry;

2. At least 2 years technical service experience or develop experience；

Key Competencies 主要能力：

Communication skills, Business oriented/market insight, troubleshooting methodology, Proactive.
