岗位职责：

1. 公正地汇报质量业绩,如OPI，QSR；

Openly Report Quality Performance，eg. OPI, QSR;

2. 发展、促进、支持体系和传递质量的人员，如QMS，APS，APDS；

Develop, promote, support the systems and people that deliver quality，eg. QMS, APS, APDS;

3. 执行、跟踪、改进和建立标准，如AS，标准和质量体系程序文件；

Implement, follow, improve, create standards，eg. AS, local standards and QMS procedure;

4. 保证适当的APDS发起，如APDS小组成员，TG 批准的管理；

Ensure proper APDS launches，eg. APDS team member, management of TG approval;

5. 控制和定义制造过程参量，如控制计划，标准的工作，防错验证，内部PPM方法；

Control and define manufacturing process parameters, eg. control plan, standardized work, poka-yoke verification, internal ppm method;

6. 确定质量符合顾客要求，如产品/过程审核，COP，GP12，PPAP批准；

Confirm quality meets customer requirements, eg. product/process audit, COP, GP 12, PPAP approval;

7. 指导和发展供应商，如S-APQP，AS51，供应商手册；

Guide and develop suppliers, eg. S-APQP, AS 51, Supplier Manual;

8. 主导不符合调查和工厂CCRT，如问题解决，6西格玛，纠正措施，经验教训；

Lead non-conformance investigations and chair plant CCRT, 如problem solving, six sigma, corrective action, lessons learned,

9. 负责本部门业务计划的制订和持续改进；

Responsibility for building dept. policy deployment and taking improvement;

10. 完成上级领导指派的其它工作。

Other tasks demand from supervisor

任职要求：

- Min.5 years experience in components quality management of supplier；

5年以上质量管理工作经验

- Familiar with IATF16949 quality system and process audit, with internal auditor certificate;

精通IATF16949质量体系和过程审核,有内审员证书;

- Good negotiation and communication skills;

较强组织协调能力和团队合作精神

- Good spoken and written English
