Company Overview
We are a small British-owned WOFE operating in Shanghai. We source goods and arrange manufacturing, as well as organise shipping logistics and warehousing for our foreign clients.
Position Overview
We are currently looking for a capable individual to fill the Admin Assistant position
Main Responsibilities:
1.Secretary duties for Logistic, Sourcing and Account team
2.Flights and hotel booking
3.Stationeries and office items purchase
4. Go to relevant bureau to pay welfare for staff every month
5.Coordinate with suppliers & vendors for the maintenance of all office equipment and machineries
6.Assist for Happy Hour and other company event organization
7.Verification of invoices and payment vouchers
8.Reception duties back-up
9. Faxing, scanning and copying of doc.
10. Maintain office filing and storage systems
11. Other tasks assigned by manager
Competencies and Personal Qualities
Have college degree and above.
1.Strong communication skills and team work spirit, customer service sense oriented.
2. Can be Initiative, responsible and work independently
3. Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
The position is permanent and the starting salary is negotiable, depending on relevant experience.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, based in our office in Xuhui.
