零售会计主管 - 总账 Retail Accounting Supervisor - GL

Position Summary：

GL Supervisor for Retail Accounting is in charge of various tasks related to responsible markets,  covering AR/ Expense /GL/PRC report. Meanwhile he or she needs to act as coordinator to support retail accounting team leader.

 

Key Working Tasks

Daily Operation:

1.     Responsible for daily accounting review and control. Ability to recognize unusual transactions, trends or variations and communicate findings to team leader.

2.     Sales reconciliation of Concept Stores and SIS (with landlord) in his / her responsible markets.

3.     Perform expenses checking and posting for responsible markets, including but not limited to marketing expenditures, leasing costs, etc.

4.     Prepare monthly VAT list, and pass to mini FSSC to issue invoices.

5.     Posting of income and payment of related markets according to bank report extracted by mini FSSC.

6.     Regular AR clearing in SAP, and prepare weekly AR aging report.

7.     Check result of costing run related to materials sold in responsible markets.

8.     Spot check of sales receipts as well as random stocktaking for stores in responsible markets

 

Tasks for Month End Closing:

1.     Perform routine GL entries timely and accurately in accordance with Group GAAP and PRC GAAP.

2.     Perform activities required for month-end closing according to the respective business deadlines, including but not limited to: Sales Recognition, GL posting, IC matching, reconciling P&L and BS accounts, BPC checking (checking file), PRC reports, etc.

3.     Review team’s vouchers, reports and ensure smooth month end closing within business deadlines.

4.     Prepare Accrual List for responsible markets, and keep on following up with outstanding items.

5.     Prepare monthly P&L report by market by shop and deviation analysis with comments.

6.     Prepare kinds of reports including but not limited to: Actual Sales Report, Stock Report, MBR reports, PRC Reports.

 

Others:

1.     Support the internal & external audit, mainly including inter-company transaction balance check, audit engagement letter review, audit adjustment review, audit report review etc.

2.     Arrange monthly & yearly stock counting

3.     Participate in projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the team.

4.     China statutory book audit support

5.     Other Ad-hoc tasks

 

Requirements:

1.      Degree in Accounting or Finance,

2.      At least 5 years’ related working experience, preferred with experience in retail industry

3.      Proven practical knowledge of finance & controlling

4.      Good IT knowledge by understanding data science & capabilities

5.      Can communicate the analysis / recommendations with stakeholders well

6.      Proactive, details-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines in dynamic business environment

7.      A problem-solving mindset; the individual should be highly motivated and self-directed and strong team player

8.      Excellent communication skill and can work under pressure.

9.      Initiative, reliability, result-oriented
