Procurement Assistant

What do we expect from you?

Your main responsibility will be assisting the procurement team of ALDI CHINA for all the equipment selection and purchasing for physical stores. This will include preparing the tendering documentation, negotiating contracts and terms with our external parties. You will also be responsible for the day to day ordering, administration and analysis of key procurement categories.

您将主要协助奥乐齐中国采购团队线下实体店的所有设备采购事宜，包括且不局限于准备招标文件，参与商务谈判并优化相应采购合同细则。您同时也会负责日常采购订单流程，行政事宜以及分析主要采购类目等。

职位要求：

What are we looking for?

We want you to have a bachelor degree. You have good learning, communication and change adaptation abilities. You are willing to and have the flexibility to integrate into a diverse team. A focused, cautious and detail-oriented work attitude is a must. With experience in FMCG or retail industry will be a plus.
