Responsibilities:

To lead the team to the course teacher to manage work:

1, the teacher teaching arrangements, and statistics;

2, teacher attendance records, statistics;

3, teacher recruitment and contracts drawn up and signed, renewal, termination;

4, the teacher daily communication, maintenance, care, leading teachers Committee, secretary of the Executive Committee;

5, to develop the proposal the teacher monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / annual performance incentive programs;

6, the organization, to carry out the work of teachers the week / month, records, summary sharing meeting content, the follow-up after the implementation of the Agenda, implementation, feedback, etc.;

7, organization, team-building activities, and constantly enhance team cohesion;

8, other teachers and curriculum management related work.

1, administration, human resources, business management professional

2, English listening, say, read, write fluent and skilled
