现全球已超过45,000套VN软件正在使用。我们的客户包括了各种全球的知名品牌如：Cartier, Christian Dior, Rolex, Good Year, Peugeot… 等等。
现在，我们正寻求一位软件技术支持工程师来加入我们亚太区总部-上海。
软件技术支持工程师 – 上海
主要工作有：
- 理解客户需求
- 提供培训
- 理解公司产品
- 对客户需求及时响应
- 调查问题并寻求解决方案
- 与研发部和销售部沟通
- 协作进行市场和销售活动
- Understanding our clients' needs
- Give training to customer
- Understanding our applications
- Responding to customer requests
- Investigating problems and finding solutions
- Liaising with the development team and Sales team
- Contributing to product marketing project and sales actions
要求:
· 英语流利· 本科及以上学历，信息技术或珠宝设计科专业
· 有极强的沟通技能和与客户互动的兴趣
· 上进，积极，愿意学习新知识
· 有 CAD/CAM 软件 (Rhino, Matrix, JCAD, ArtCam...)的知识，有数控机床操作经验，会珠宝设计者优先考虑
Qualifications :
- Good in English
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology
- Strong communication Skills and interest in interacting directly with customersCuriosity, initiative, willing to learn

Some previous Knowledge of CAD/CAM softwares (Rhino, Matrix, JCAD, ArtCam…) or Jewelry Design would definitely be a plus.
