Main Missions

Under China BM, in relationship with the VP of headquarter, developing business of Engraving machines in China

-Adapt the product Group's offer to the Chinese specificities and propose a plan to meet revenue, development and contribution objectives

-Set up the material strategy in China, involved in the industrial process up to the customer, through sales channels mix

-Find tune sales tools to develop Distributors and Key Accounts

-Competition analysis (including technologies evaluation)

-Investigate and propose dedicated chinese solutions to develop the market

-Implement training programs to improve the team knowledge, customers understanding and distributors efficiency


Secondary Missions

-Analyze the subsidiaries' results and propose action plans to help the regional managers to improve their results including Marketing actions

-Back up the regional managers in strategic customers visits

-Work on marketing plans with the Marketing coordinator Asia and the local marketing teams



EXPERIENCE

-At least 8 years' experience in relevant industry, such as sales and marketing in Retail and personalization industry etc.

-Team management experience



OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)

-Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.

-A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills

-Well-planning skills

-Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English

-Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills

-Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
