Job Description岗位描述：

Coordinate production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, or forecasting services or activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service, or safety. Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Responsible for ordering, movement, storage, or processing of inventory.

负责协调生产、采购、仓储、配送和计划等各个环节，以降低成本为目标并同时提高准确性、客户服务和工厂安全。需要检视现有的工作程序以优化改善零件和产品的储运和分销。负责零件的订购、搬运、存储等事项。

Specific Responsibilities 工作职责：

1. Place the order to suppliers according to components forecast
2. 需求给供应商下零件订单
3. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
4. 项目情况和供应商，物流公司谈判获得最优价格
5. Deliver the goods to the users by quantity in time
6. 保质保量完成发料工作
7. Timely and accurate completion of material storage
8. 准确完成材料入库工作
9. Ensure the storage FIFO
10. 库存产品做到先进先出
11. Keep the account, card and the goods in accord
12. 仓库账卡物一致
13. Implement cycle count&stock taking
14. 循环盘点和年度盘点
15. Update the logistic system data in time
16. 更新系统数据
17. Warehouse 7s management and keep；仓库现场的7s管理和保持
18. Packing and dispatch the parts according to orders依据销售订单进行货物的包装和发货；
19. Coordinate with other departments for data analysis and research 配合其他部门进行的数据统计和分析工作；

任职要求：

1. Supply chain or logistics related area, college above, experience in manufacturing plant

生产物流相关专业，大专以上学历，具备工厂经验；

1. Careful, tenacious, self-organized and good communication skills

工作认真细心，有韧性，条理清晰，善于沟通；

1. Familiar with logistic, planning, procurement and warehouse management related work

熟悉物流计划，采购，仓库管理等相关工作

1. Willing to travel
