1.Handle customer complaints including field trouble shooting, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and other inquiries like estimation of fault to ensure customer satisfaction

2.Providing comprehensive application service to the customers, and advising on available product / parts and service. Gathering project data in the data sheet and maintain accordingly

3.Be responsible for service sales supporting in technical side including spare parts clarification, repair solution proposal, etc.

4.Be responsible for service data inputing & maintenance of any trouble shooting, service matters, action taken, and any relevant comments or notes

5.Establish high mutual trust & good cooperation at customer‘s plant maintenance and responsible operator by direct contact and regular follow-up.

6.Keep relationship with customer by providing professional advice based on product knowledge and experience.

7.Providing product information / introduction about functionality, assembly training, spare parts for End customer and OEM

8.Create, modify and maintain documents for end-user such as spare parts list assembly instruction contract appendix

9.Maintaining database of customer contacts Log. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and determining future requirements of product and service improvement

10.Installation support, Testing and repairing products to the location of the customer

职位要求：

1.University degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related subjects

2.More than 5 years working experience and minimum 2 years technical service experience, in bus & railway related industry preferred

3.Good team spirit, initiative, warmth and good communication skills

4. Able to travel
