岗位职责：

1、根据订单、协助做好订船准备；

2、及时、准确、制作各类单证、报关文件、出货明细、清关文件及其他其它相关进出口文件；

3、收集和整理各种单证，并进行ERP数据录入；

4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；

5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

岗位要求：

1、大专或以上学历，国际贸易或相关专业；

2、具有1年以上相关工作经验，熟悉海/空运操作，出口企业物流订舱、单证（提单、发票、装箱单等）、清关三块工作经验，对进料加工手册有一定了解；

3、熟悉ERP系统，能熟练运用office办公软件；

4、良好的英语读写能力； 

5、良好的沟通技能，较强的责任心，乐于团队合作，能在压力下工作，自觉遵守公司的规章制度和相关流程。
