Job Profile
1. Collect and review payment & reimbursement applications ; Process payments through e-banking, cash, cheque etc.; Manage the pretty cash well all the time;
2.Prepare weekly cash report and assist in cash management;  

3. Make daily cash / bank journal and keep clear accounts in financial system;
4. Keep high quality filing for bank vouchers, cheque books ,invoices and other supporting documentations ;
5. Assist in bank operation work; Keep good relationship with internal/external clients;

Requirement
- Responsible, prudent, hardworking and can hand on details;

- College degree – Major in Accounting or Finance;
- 2-3 years similar working experience preferable;

- Good command of English, both verbal and written;
- Familiar with finance and office software, NAV or SAP experience is a plus.
