主要负责贸易执行日常操作

客户/供应商服务 (60%)

• 负责和公司外部客户对接（贸易商客户），对接内容有：送货计划；提货单；***等内容，满足客户日常操作的需求

• 负责和公司外部各供应商（包括糖厂、仓库以及其他贸易商）对接，确保日常送货及时无误

• 负责和不同区域的物流商协调日常物流事宜

• 更新公司贸易执行的各类管理表格，负责公司ERP系统的发货和更新。

单证(30%)

• 根据客户要求以及公司流程来准备提货单、提货委托书以及货权转移委托书等单证。

• 送货完毕后及时和客户对账。

其他任务: (10%)

• 部门经理分配的其他任务，部门行政工作，如有需要。

资历要求:

• 经济、工商管理、物流或供应商相关专业本科

• 5年即以上物流、采购、客户或供应链相关工作的经验

• 熟悉国际贸易和国内贸易的流程

• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力，具备团队合作精神

• 具有主动性，拥有“能做到”的态度，抗压能力强

• 具备短期内快速学习的能力

• 熟练使用Windows Office, Excel 技能好的优先

Daily operation of trade execution

Customer / Vendor Service (60%)

• Interface with end customers / wholesalers for delivery scheduling, delivery ordering, invoicing etc. to support trading cash business and fulfil the requirements from customer

• Interface with external suppliers (sugar mills, warehouse, other trading house, etc.) to ensure on-time and flawless delivery

• Deal with various logistics suppliers in different location to solve daily logistics issues

• Update various internal control work sheets, execute goods delivery in company ERP system

Documentation (30%)

• Prepare delivery order with essential information collected from both internal & external

• Confirm delivery information with external customers

Other assignment: (10%)

• Other assignments from line manager and department admin works

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, or logistics, supply chain related.

• 5 years and above of experience in logistics, procurement, customer service or supply chain division

• Understand of both international (preferred) and domestic trade flow

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills with teamwork spirits

• Self-motivated, possesses 'can-do' attitude, able to work under pressure

• Quick learning capacity within a short period

• Good at Windows Office, skillful on Excel is highly preferred
