概述：

育碧中国手游团队目前正在针对中国市场开发多款微信小游戏，为了确保游戏质量，现正在招募一名资深游戏测试来加入到开发团中。其工作内容包括但不限于以下内容：

• 独立编写用例，执行测试，提交缺陷，发送报告。

• 管理测试需求，确保设计文档中的需求都能如预期地正常运行。

• 管理测试版本，将历史版本存放得有条有理、清晰易找。

• 制定测试计划，跟进版本进度，随时调整计划。

• 优化测试流程，取精去糟。

• 对接外包伙伴，协同完成测试任务。

• 关注玩家社区，收集意见和反馈。

• 研学新测试工具、平台或外包服务等，用以提升测试效率或节省测试资源。

• 其它测试任务。

任职资格

• 对手游拥有高度热情和经验。

• 至少拥有5年的手游或小游戏测试经验。至少拥有1年在项目完整开发周期工作过的经验，经历过项目立项、开发、测试、上线整个流程。

• 有管理测试团队、制定测试计划的经验。

• 有制定和优化测试流程的经验。

• 有独立制定和优化用例和报告的经验。
