任职要求：
1、女性、本科或以上学历，两年或以上秘书/助理工作经验；
2、英语要求至少六级以上，具备较强听说读写能力；
3、学习能力强，具有服务精神、主动性强、愿意帮助别人；
4、工作效率高，条理性强，有团队合作精神，保密意识强。
5、形象气质佳，身高160CM以上，请附上近照一张，无照片者一律不通知面试
岗位职责：
1、负责安排总裁的日程、差旅和相关会务工作日程，随行记录；
2、跟进领导交给的任务或项目，保证及时沟通落实，处理对部门的上传下达工作；
3、处理电话，邮件，传真等各种渠道的信息，做到合理过滤和正确传达；
4、熟练整理会议纪要，根据需要撰写中英文邮件、公文、报告等各种文件；
5、日常费用以及报销处理，负责相关拜访人员的接待;
6、对文件进行分类和归档。

2、做五休二、正常缴纳社保。
