Responsibilities

• Book orders into system;
• Collect market information, industry statistical data, price trends, gathers industry events information, etc. for internal review / analysis;
• Maintains updated and translates to Chinese and English information/ materials for business development purpose;
• Conducts data search, collect business information and file them accordingly;
• Assist the manager to run reports and PPT presentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree;
• Familiar with MS Office & Powerpoint;
• Analytical and good in presentation skill;
• Attention to detail and accuracy is required;
• Logical thinking, 1 year experience in admin /sales support role.
• Fluent in English
