作为公司营运的重要人员，负责公司GMP药物仓库的收货、移库、发货/包装、仓储管理，设备设施管理，清洁管理，运输管理等库房的全面工作。

主要工作职责为：

1. 管理仓库的收货，发货, 退货等日常操作，确保操作流程的合规和质量要求

2. 对日常运作进行KPI等管理，持续推进仓库运营的绩效

3. 协助加强质量体系管理，确保GMP质量标准的实施

4. 负责仓库设施设备的保养和维修，确保正常运行

5. 对库房进行有效的5S和清洁管理

6. 推进流程的改进，持续提高运作的质量，效率，改善成本

7. 加强仓库运作的风险管理，确保存货的安全

8. 提供解决方案，支持业务的开发和客户的需求的实现

9. 营运经理分配的其他工作

岗位要求：

1. 供应链/物流或相关专业毕业。 

2. 5年以上仓储物流运作和库房全面管理的相关工作经验，有医药行业经验者优先 

3. 具有出色的工作计划和解决问题的能力，并具备较强的领导能力 

4. 具备团队合作，员工激励的能力，能在压力下工作 

5. 具备较强的沟通能力 

6. 良好的英语书面表达能力 

As an important person of the company's operation, responsible for the overall work of the company's GMP drug warehouse, such as receiving, transferring, shipping / packaging, storage management, equipment and facilities management, cleaning management, transportation management, etc.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operation of the warehouse such as receiving, delivering and returning goods to ensure the compliance and quality requirements of the operation process.

2. Carry out KPI and other management for daily operation, and continuously promote the performance of warehouse operation.

3. Assist in strengthening the quality system management to ensure the implementation of GMP quality standards.

4. Be responsible for the maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure normal operation.

5. Effective 5S and cleaning management of warehouse

6. Promote the improvement of process, continuously improve the quality, efficiency and cost of operation.

7. Strengthen the risk management of warehouse operation to ensure the safety of inventory.

8. Provide solutions to support business development and customer needs.

9. Other work assigned by operation manager

Job requirements:

1. Graduated from supply chain / logistics or related major.

2. At least 5 years working experience in warehouse logistics operation and comprehensive warehouse management, experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

3. Have excellent work plan and problem-solving ability, and strong leadership ability.

4. Have the ability of team cooperation and employee motivation, and be able to work under pressure.

5. Strong communication skills

6. Good written English
