职位描述
职位描述：
1. 根据现有客户和潜在客户要求，对税务的相关法律、法规进行调研；
2. 实时跟进国家税务政策；
3. 与政府部门联络，了解当地税务政策和实践要求；
4. 在高级顾问和部门经理的指导下，给客户提供专业建议和顾问服务；
5. 在高级顾问指导下处理客户投资项目；
6. 其他分配工作。
任职要求：
1. 有意愿在财务和税务领域长期发展者；
2. 有相关工作经验者；
3. 本科以上学历，男女不限；
4. 有一定的英语基础，英语四级以上的优先考虑；
5. 能够熟练操作Windows系统，尤其熟练PPT、Word。Excel、等办公软件；
6. 工作认真负责细心，能吃苦耐劳；
7. 性格开朗，善于与人交流；
8. 愿意处理有挑战性并较为复杂的工作，具有压力环境下的工作能力。

Our services cover business process consulting, Sarbanes Oxley S404 advisory, corporate governance advisory, internal controls review, merger and acquisition advisory, PRC and international auditing, taxation advisory, China entry advisory, accounting / controller outsourcing, etc.
Our experienced consultants come from USA, France, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia and China. They have substantial experience in business process consulting, financial management, accounting, auditing and PRC/Hong Kong taxation. Most of our consultants are qualified CPAs / CIA and worked for “big 4” accounting firms or MNC before they joined the Firm. Currently, we have more than 20 professionals in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Paris and USA.
Due to our expansion, we are currently looking for various junior and experienced positions.
