职位描述

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Assist to develop approach, design appropriate procedures and implementation plan / work program
2. Devise solutions to solve client issues
3. Supervise / execute and be responsible for the completion of work (e.g. financial audit / special audit / financial due diligence / IPO advisory / writing of business plan, etc.) assigned
4. Assist client to document existing processes / controls, carry out evaluation of design and effeciveness of controls, remediate control weaknesses identified and roll-out of the revised control procedures for US SOX or C-SOX projects
5. Perform internal control reviews on general process or general computer controls or application controls
6. Assist client to design and implement Standard Operating Procedures that is focus on financial controls
7. Advise or assist client to improve the existing financial and business processes (e.g. budgeting, financial closing, costing, AR controls, etc)
8. Advise on corporate governance or enterprise risk management issues
9. Drafting and communications of reports / findings /recommendatons / client related documents
10. Coach and supervise junior staff in the team
11. Assist the management team in developing new product / service
12. Follow-up on leads / opportunities and assist in preparing proposals


Requirements:


1. Newly qualified accountant (CPA / ACA / ACCA, etc)
2. 4 years experience,preferably in leading medium-sized CPA / consulting firm / MNC
3. Excellent English report-writing skill and proficient in spoken and written Mandarin
4. Willing to base and travel within Greater China (up to 50% at certain periods)
5. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a confident individual with strong analytical skill
6. Lateral and flexible approach to problem solving and with general process consulting knowledge
7. Prior relevant working experience is an added advantage
