岗位职责:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Administrative Support
? Provide administrative support to the sales team including generating weekly statistics, managing contract & invoice approval process and ad-hoc reporting
? Consequent follow-up on sales opportunities provided through lead generation campaigns (online and offline), hospital walk-ins, telephone enquiries, and so on
? Ensures all sales opportunities are recorded in the CRM system and allocated to a sales executive for follow-up
General
? Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual performance against pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators
? Other duties and special projects as direct by management

任职资格:

Key Requirements

? Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Communications
? Strong communication skills with high proficiency in Chinese and English
? Experience working for a company in healthcare, luxury brand or PR industry would be an advantage
? Experienced on offline event (up to 200 attendees) planning and execution
? Have a minimum of 5 years in similar role and job scope, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
? Possess a good understanding of media and public relations work and has experience working with it.
? KPI to drive lead generation
? Good analytical and negotiation skills
? Good business acumen and experience working with sales directly or indirectly
? Rich media and PR experience & strong leads generation experience.
? Good at team work & as a good small team leader
