Loyalty Marketing Executive (SEPHORA)

 

Job Description:

Support loyalty marketing managers on guest/member targeted marketing activities, for new member recruitment, existing member activation, member advocacy driving. 360 campaigns along with member journey across omni-channels, include social content, digital activation, events, ecommerce, etc.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Campaign plan and brief draft per line manager’s guidance, communication channel and resource allocation in line with overall marcom calendar.

• Internal Marketing, EC, Retail, Category, Supply Chain across function coordination per campaign and project request.

• External social, digital, event, CRM, EC agencies daily contact and management, campaign progress tracking and monitoring per timeline, agency deliverables quality control, cost and efficiency validation.

• Ownership on given project and its budget and performance under line manager’s supervision, identity factors which significantly affect campaign performance, proactively propose solution and engage with working team to resolve identified issues. 

• Flexible, responsive and smartly react to daily request from multiple functions including Brand/Digital Marketing, Category, E Business, Retail, etc. Balance business support request vs. CRM resource investment, with ROI-driven perspective. 

 

Requirements:

• 3 year above consistent and solid working experience in marketing territories, knowledge on ecommerce and digital practice would be a plus.

• Data sensitive, ROI and result driven, analytic mindset, feel comfortable of working with data and technic experts.

• Independent, self-motivated, have strong career developing goal and willing to devote himself/herself.

• Good interpersonal skills, fluent in English, abroad study/working experience would be a plus.
