·Implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the marketing plan

·Produce and pursue sales leads for the properties in the relevant country/region

·Monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets

·Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts

·Process all reservations and lease agreement in a timely and efficient manner

·Site inspection – conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations

带客人参观公寓时，无论任何时候都必须与运营部门联系，并根据其操作程序进行

·Keep in touch with tenant, implement the policy, and maximize the benefits when negotiate the lease agreement.

与住店客人保持紧密联系，在租约到期续约洽谈时，贯彻公司政策，为公司争取利益***化

·Face the negative factors, explore the ideas, and assist DOS to meet the sales targets

积极面对市场的负面因素，开拓思路，协助市场销售总监完成销售目标

·Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process

根据销售管理程序，及时提供即时信息

·Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers

与集团其他相关公寓保持紧密协调与沟通

·To undertake any other duties or tasks those are assigned by the DOS

销售总监安排的其他工作

任职要求：

·College level or higher preferred

专科或以上学历

·At least 3 years work-experience in the hospitality industry

3年以上酒店行业相关工作

·Fluent English in both speaking and writing

良好的英语口语及书面能力
