• Manage key product areas within the Product Management team
• Work closely with business units to define the product strategy, business and performance metrics, product priority and roadmap for their area of responsibility.
• Partnering with the business units and our analytical teams to document the Business Requirements (BRD), and be fully responsible for product proposal documentation (PPD) and Product Requirements Documentation (PRD) utilized in the Stubhub SDLC process.
• Work closely with UED and BPM teams on the product definition, requirements, usability and user experience.
• Work closely with engineering to design, develop, implement and support existing and new products within their area of responsibility utilizing the StubHub software design lifecycle, SDLC.
• Work with other StubHub product management teams to oversee and support projects as a subject matter expert and to optimize/maximize throughput

• 5+ years of Product Management experience at a Consumer Internet or software company, or other relevant experience.
• Must have people management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful products
• Solid understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of a commercial Web site including analytical skills in researching traffic and buyer conversion metrics.
• In-depth knowledge in logistics, shipping
• In-depth knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols.
• In depth knowledge of online B2B, B2C and C2C marketplace dynamics.
• Project management experience at a consumer Internet or software company, or other relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional groups
• Knowledge about the entertainment, concert, sports or ticketing industry in general is a plus.
