Job Responsibilities:

1. The intern should be on duty at least 3 days per week;

2. Assist Legal team with legal documents and corporate secretarial files filing;

3. Assist Legal team with general administration work, such as copying, faxing and courier documents to employees, etc.

4. Contract translation and filling;

5. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements:

1. Junior student or two - three year postgraduate student majoring in law, with prior intern experience with law firms or multinational companies desired but not a must;

2. Law Degree or a combination of both English and Law Degree;

3. Good legal and research skills;

4. Fluent both in spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin;

5. Self-motivated, organized and team-player

6. Have the ability to translate accurately contracts and other legal documents;

7. Good Microsoft Office Applications;
